The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has appointed Olufunsho Elulade and Bisoye Coker-Odusote as the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, respectively, of the Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency.
The governor also appointed Mrs Zainab Abiola as the agency’s secretary.
In a statement on Tuesday, Elulade pledged to improve the agency’s operation, adding that the challenges of infrastructural management could be handled with “technology and critical thinking.”
“To achieve significant efficiency in the oversight function of maintaining and regulating facilities in a 21st century Lagos, appropriate public policies must be developed which will attend to the contemporary reality of asset administration,” he added.
He expressed determination to ensure that LASMIRA was well managed to contribute to the internally generated revenue of the state.
Elulade, a graduate of the Ibadan Polytechnic, has a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Project Management from the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom.
Coker-Odusote, who is a former Special Adviser to former Governor Bola Tinubu on Technology, has 15 years experience in technology/telecommunications, real estate/construction, oil and gas, finance, media and advertising.
